Sparkle at the Gym with Disney

Going to the gym can be a difficult situation especially if you are plus size like myself. One way I combat gym nerves is by wearing clothes that make me feel good about myself. My gym clothes range from baggy tops and leggings to tight gym clothes and sports bras. My mood of what I want to wear changes often so it is good to have a range of clothes to wear. Personally I would never wear a sports bra on its own with leggings as I am not comfortable with showing off my stomach.

One thing that is definitely motivational for me is the cute Disney workout clothes that are available at Primark. They are affordable and are high quality. If you are reading this and are plus size you might be thinking Primark gym clothes? They don’t carry my size. Fear not I get these gym clothes in Primark’s largest size which is an XL where I am usually not this size. The clothes are super stretchy and fit like a glove. Another store to find plus size Disney workout clothes is the online store EMP. They have a great range of Disney workout clothes which are carried in plus sizes. I haven’t had the chance to purchase any of these yet but I have heard good things about them. Here are some images of my favourites:

 

Another website I have heard great things about is Torrid. Torrid is a US clothing store and they have an extensive range of Disney products as well as active wear. In my opinion the clothes here are expensive and to buy from America directly will come with a large shipping cost and custom charge so that will endure additional costs. Here is my favourite outfit from the Torrid website:

 This outfit is more subtle and doesn’t scream Disney as some of the previous outfits do. I know you could be reading this and thinking I could never have the confidence to wear these, I’ve been there. My advice to you is just to try on the outfits and give them a try, I thought I would look ridiculous in these outfits but it turns out I don’t look too bad. Sparkle at the gym and use the motivational help from Disney to get you closer to your goal.
